My name is Anna and I am an Aesthetic Registered Nurse and bring this skill, knowledge and professionalism to all of the treatments I offer. I own and operate  Grove Cosmetic and Electrolysis Clinic. I offer both Advanced Electrolysis and Intense Pulse Light Hair Removal for women, men and youth.

Since qualifying from a three year Advanced Diploma Beauty Therapy Course at the London institute I progressed from Electrolysis, to Advanced Electrolysis. Since then I  worked at the forefront of Intense Pulsed Light development over 15 years ago.

I strongly believe in Electrolysis and IPL Hair Removal and I am dedicated to my profession. I have seen its results make a positive difference in people's lives. Operating my own practice for over 20 years both in the United Kingdom and Australia has been a very rewarding experience.

The Grove is an intimate setting giving all of my clients my personal attention.

Please contact me if you would like to discuss how Electrolysis and/or IPL hair removal can help you, I offer a complimentary no obligation consultation.

What is Electrolysis?

Electrolysis is the permanent removal of unwanted hair that requires a series of treatments and is a medically and FDA approved procedure.

How does Electrolysis work?

A sterile probe is inserted into the hair follicle and a small amount of electrical current destroys the source of the nourishment of the hair follicle, tweezers are used to remove the hair.

Is Electrolysis something new?

No, Electrolysis is not new it was developed in 1875 by an opthalmologist to treat ingrown eyelashes. Electrolysis is now used throughout the world as the only method of permanent hair removal.

What does Electrolysis feel like?

When Electrolysis is performed you will feel the sensation of heat during the treatment. Some areas of the body are more sensitive than others and tolerance varies from person to person. Topical anesthetics may be used for individuals who feel the need to minimize discomfort during treatments.
