Anti Wrinkle Injections:
Reduce your frown lines, forehead wrinkles or crow’s feet with one of our specialist anti-wrinkle treatments.
Anti wrinkle injections are a very effective treatment to reduce lines and
wrinkles on the forehead, frown lines and face and are the most
popular anti ageing treatment. Anti wrinkle injections
are tailored to meet indivual needs to give a subtle more natural look if required.
The treatment itself takes around 15 minutes to complete and after the treatment you can drive or head back to work immediately, no recovery period is needed. It is an extremely safe procedure.
A follow up two weeks after every anti wrinkle treatment is recommended to ensure that the treatment meets your expectations,
Frown lines can be seen as vertical lines in between the eyebrows and are common in people who frown a lot or have been overexposed to the sun. Small injections are used to treat these lines, in between and along the brow.
Forehead wrinkles appear as horizontal lines on the forehead which are more prominent when you raise your eyebrows. To treat these, small injections are given on the forehead
Crow’s feet are found in the outer corner of the eyes. They appear more prominent when smiling or laughing. They occur as the skin becomes less elastic with age, combined with excessive sun exposure. Small injections at either side of the eyes are used to treat crow’s feet wrinkles.
The lips are a highly sensitive part of the body and, therefore, only dermal filler products with local anaesthetic lidocaine are used for a more comfortable treatment experience.
Are there any risks with dermal fillers?
More than 10 million treatments have been performed since the launch of dermal filler in 1996. Product related reactions are rare. There are some injection related reactions which may occur after any injection; they typically resolve spontaneously a few days after injection to the skin, within a week after injection into the lips. These reactions include redness, swelling, pain, itching, bruising or tenderness at the injection site.
After lip enhancement, lips may swell for up to a week, but this typically reduces after two to three days.
